British architect. He notably was the superintendent of the architectural gallery and of the classes for furniture, earthenware, glass, goldsmiths' work and jewellery for the International Exhibition of 1862, and published in connection with this exhibition Masterpieces of Industrial Art and Sculpture at the International Exhibition (1862).
